When I try to use text messaging it says failed to send every time

Try resetting your devices network settings as instructed below.

 

Reset iPhone Network Settings

To reset network settings on an iPhone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and tap on General.

  3. Tap on Transfer or Reset iPhone at the bottom of the list.

  4. Select Reset.

  5. Choose Reset Network Settings.

  6. Enter your passcode if prompted.

  7. Confirm the reset.

 

Reset Google Pixel Network Settings

To reset network settings on a Google Pixel, follow these steps:

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.

  2. Tap System.

  3. Tap Reset options.

  4. Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.

  5. Tap Reset settings.

  6. Tap Reset settings again.

 

Reset Samsung Network Settings

To reset network settings on a Samsung device, follow these steps:

  1. Slide two fingers downwards from the top of the screen to access the quick settings panel.

  2. Tap the settings icon to open the Settings app.

  3. Tap on General management or System and then Advanced.

  4. Tap on Reset options or Reset.

  5. Select Reset network settings or Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth.

  6. Tap Reset settings and enter your passcode or password when prompted.
