I have always had a problem with texting when abroad. For example if I am in Spain I can make and receive calls, and I can receive texts. But I can’t send texts.
All my phone settings are ok,is it a problem with ID Mobile ?

What happens when you try and send a text? Do you get an error?
Can you please try the SIM in a different handset and test the services?
