Hi, my partner also on Id mobile sends texts but on occasions the recipients don't receive them. She is on Samsung with eSIM. Any ideas?

    Please check you SMS settings. Also can you send and receive text to and from your partner?

    When you go into phone settings, is the phone number showing, and showing correctly?

     

    Have you tried resetting network settings?
