texts won't sent


I’ve been a PAYG customer for years but recently my texts won’t send despite having credit.

However when I’m at home with the wifi on, they will send.

Can anyone please advise?

Have you checked your SMS service centre number is correct, on the handset with the iD SIM, @Sijohn911.

It should be “+447782000800”.

When you try sending a text, do you get an error message at all?

 

If so, what error message is it?
