I don’t know where to begin. Firstly the charger Port when charging keeps getting disconnected. Secondly, when I try to make a phone call it’s disconnected and wants me to call back and then the same happens. Thirdly, during the phone call we cannot hear one another because of the line making noises before it disconnects. I don’t know if this is because the phone is new with 5G data service or if I got the wrong phone meaning I was scammed with this phone because a lot of things doesn’t add up or makes sense to me is getting weird even when I turn on and off the data. 
Please help me with this ?

should I return the phone or has this happened to someone else before?
