Hi @Lilian lannon 👋🏻
Unfortuantely it does look like these were scam calls.
As far as I can tell iD Mobile will never call you with regards to the end of a contract as it just continues on a month to month basis unless either you or iD Mobile decides to end it. This can be checked in your account on-line.
Because only partial bank account details were given by the caller i.e. the last few numbers (if I am reading your post right🤔) then you should be OK as that is all the information they have but if you are concerned about it then it would be worth contacting your bank and informing them of this situation.
The phone number they called from is also 1 number short of what is ‘usual’ for a UK phone number.
The despreation of the 2nd caller also stands out as a scam call as they try to pressure you into  immediate action as they rely on you having a ‘Fear Of Missing Out’.
If you are EVER unsure about a situation like this again then just hang up and contact the phone number listed on the official website and tell them about your experience.
IF it is a ‘real’ call then they will still offer you the same deal when you contact them!
Unfortuantely, scam calls are getting more convincing and so if you have ANY doubts then you just need to end the call, take a breath and think about it. NEVER feel pressured into a quick decision as that is what they rely on.
I hope that you get peace of mind with regards to thisx x

Hi @Lilian lannon

That doesn’t sound like something we’d do, I’d recommend blocking any numbers that have called you about this and reporting this to your bank should any funds come out.
