Told I’ve used all my data but I can prove I haven’t

Hello, I arrived in Geneva to a message from ID saying I’ve used nearly all my data. It’s only just refreshed and I hardly ever use any of it. Came on to the app to see it saying 497/500gb used. But looking on my phone it says I’ve only used 117gb this current period. What’s going on? I’ve tried all the creating phone etc. Please help as I’m not in France on holiday and really need my data access!

It shows that you have a plan that comes with 250GB, but it says you have 497GB remaining (247GB rollover from last month). None of which you can use in Switzerland!

Alas, you can’t roam-like-at-home in Switzerland, so your UK plan allowances won’t work, @Tristan Bristow

If your iD account bill cap is £0, then you’ll only be able to receive SMS text messages in Switzerland, unless you can use a Wi-Fi network access point.

Hey there @Tristan Bristow, from the screenshot sent, this shows you have 497GB data with us, due to rollover, not that you’ve used that much if that makes sense.

What did the text we sent say please?

Thanks,

Tyler

Oops! I just realised I misread the Switzerland message which said I’d used over 80% of my bill allowance, which I read as data usage when I went on the app! Thanks for the help though!
