I took part in the trade in offer when you buy a Samsung S21. I did everything I needed to. However, I only received the payment for my phone and not the bonus. I have emailed but got no reply?

Try contacting Carphone Warehouse via their Social Media Team or by calling them for assistance with this.
If you are still having issues, let us know and we’ll see what else can be done but they should be able to sort this as the trade-in was done via them.
