I have upgraded my SIM plan to purchase a Google Pixel Pro 9 XL, in this I included a phone to trade in with a value of 75£ + 200£ bonus offer.
I purchased the plan on the 16th of August and got the phone and return package sent a couple days after. I sent my phone back before the 20 days (offer lasts up to 21 days) and tracked it on Royal Mail as well. It showed that it has been successfully delivered.
It has now been more than 7 days since the phone got delivered and I haven't had any confirmation email or contact of any kind. I haven't got any money back from the trade in offer. I also tried contacting the trade-in help desk of Carphone/Currys but no one is writing back.
Can someone help me with this issue and at least confirm that the phone has been received and if the money transfer is in process?
