TRADE IN ISSUES

I traded my phone in last Thursday. I have checked Royal Mail tracking and it has been delivered. I haven’t received any updates from the trade in. I am still awaiting payment. I have tried emailing and no one replies. Is there a contact number as this is getting so frustrating.

Still waiting for an update posted my mobile back in October, have emailed, phoned and guess what every time being told to contact Id and being told I would get a call back within 24/36 hours and of course nothing.  I was quoted £175 for my old phone.  I was told in 1 call I made that they had rcd my phone and the payment would be made within 7 days and guess what nothing !! how or whom do I need to contact to get this matter resolved.

If you sent it in for a trade in back in October and you’ve still not received any monies from them I would suggest you pop down or call your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau to see if they can point you to an authority/regulatory body that can advise on what action you need to take next.

You need to make a formal complaint as things like this needs to stop. I know they’ll blame the busy period but they brought this on themselves. If the regulatory bodies are not informed then business’s can’t be brought to task, whether that be a substantial fine or something as simple as bad publicity.
