I sent my phone on the 11th and received no communication that it was received. After I chased I was informed the phone was in fact received and the payment processed on the 15th of November. It is now the 18th of November, no money received, and I have been back and forth by email with someone who is absolutely useless and only keeps repeating that the money was processed on the 15th. Everytime I call I get someone who pretends that they’re helping only for it to go nowhere and for them to say I need to email the trade-in team. I am now stuck in a nightmare loop of saying I haven’t received the money and being repeated to that the money was processed on the 15th. I have also been asked for my bank statement which I sent only to receive an email saying the money was processed on the 15th. It’s driving me insane and I feel robbed. It seems because my phone and money have been stolen by this crook company. Very upsetting!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time and just sell your phone on eBay.
