I am currently still on my EE contract until the end of April, I recently took out a Sim only plan with ID mobile and I have received this, I have instructed ID mobile to switch my number as of the 24th of April but my question is do I wait until the 24th of April to put my new SIM into my old phone or do I have to have this in the phone before the switch date so do I put this in as of the 23rd ready for the 24th?? Any help would be amazing

Until the number ports over, you can still use your iD SIM as it will have a temporary number attached to it.
If you would like to wait, then once your EE SIM stops working, that means your number will have ported over. Its always a good idea to give the handset a reboot with your new iD SIM in to help the port.
