I can’t find my transaction number, deleted most of the relevant emails

Hi Nat,

I’ve been trying to send my pac code and transaction number, however every time I keep receiving a message stating ( Request refused contact your administrator) this has been going on for a number of days, I've been trying to port over my original phone number with no success, would I be better off going into currys and seeing if they can help in store?
