Hi
i tried to buy a sim yesterday i gave all my details for the credit check, but after trying to pay it said that the transaction was refused by the bank card.After 2 more try i gave up and bought the SIM somewhere else.This morning i found 3 transactions for the amount of £0,01 into my bank account that could be the 3 trials done on your site.
Could you please explain?

I would seem so... oh dear!

This issue will all depend on what device you were using at the time of the transactions!
Technical glitch with software this one, bank? ID mobile?

You may need to talk to livechat about this... if you require a refund.

You will have three more sims arriving soon.

Hey @stacippa

Speaking generally, miniscule transactions like that are usually just temporary check ins with your bank to help us verify you are who you say you are and prevent against fraudulent purchases.
The funds would normally just be in your pending transactions and be refunded back to you within 24 hours. Though in some rare cases this can take up to 5 working days.
