Transfer a number ID contract

Is it possible to transfer a number from Three mobile to ID even though the ID contract has been running for over a year?

    In theory, yes ​@Grrooves. 

    Probably best to web chat with iD customer service for help with your request.

    The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
