I have a id sim only deal. I would like to upgrade to a id package that includes a phone. How do I keep the same number?

You’ll be able to upgrade your existing number to a 24-month phone contract by logging in via the iD app or you account online.
Alternatively, you can contact the sales team directly to discuss your options. Their number is 0207 1391 397.
