transfer id mobile number when upgrading

I have a id sim only deal. I would like to upgrade to a id package that includes a phone. How do I keep the same number?

Hi @Susan Teasdale. You’ll be able to upgrade any existing iD SIM only contract after you’ve had the plan for 6-months or longer.

You’ll be able to upgrade your existing number to a 24-month phone contract by logging in via the iD app or you account online.
