Transfer mobile number from previous network.

I am trying to transfer my number from previous network. I have the PAC No and transaction No however when I enter the information I receive the message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted”. I have checked and the information is correct. What can I do to resolve the issue?

hi i want to transfer my number but i dont have the transaction number which was sent in an email and i did not receive
