transfering my number

Hi Kash, i’ve just joined id mobile, trying to port my number from EE, however the PAC code is repeatedly not accepted by id mobile. Is there any way you could help?

Probably best to contact iD Mobile customer service, by using online iD Live Chat and give your PAC (from EE) to an adviser, ​@FreyaIsla

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays. 

After connecting to chat, tell the 24/7 bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
