Transfering my number from TalkMobile to ID mobile.

I want to keep my "old" number from Talk Mobile and transfer it to ID Mobile. I have just got a new ID mobile sim, I also got my PAC code from TalkMoblie. I have entered all details correctly and it will not accept to bring my old number over to ID mobile

Had tried to transfer but 24 hrs later, still hasn't done it. 

Please help. Has IDmobile got a customer service team, I can speak with?

If you submit your PAC or STAC before 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, you should switch on the next working day between 8 am and 10 pm. If you submit your PAC after 5:30 pm or at any time over the weekend, it should switch within two working days.

iD should send you a text message to let you know once your switch is complete. If you don’t receive a text from them within the timeframes mentioned above, try restarting your phone, as this may trigger the switch to complete.


If you are still having problems then you can contact the Live Chat:-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect to an adviser.
