Transfering sim

I just got my daughter a new phone and contract. She had a Samsung Galaxy A12 atm on id mobile. Do I just put her old sim in to the new phone?

The old SIM card should fit straight into the new one.

    Sounds like your daughter might now have two iD contracts, @Em1990. 

    If the ‘old’ SIM fits in the new phone, it should work, but you might’ve ended up with two active iD contracts.

    Okay @Em1990, if the ‘old’ SIM fits in the new phone, it should work perfectly.
