Transferring number

I have two contracts with iD…. Contract one is now outside of contract… is there anyway I can cancel my contract 1 and move my number to contract 2?

Your research is correct, @jimflow. 

You can’t transfer a number from one iD account to another iD account. 

 There shouldn’t be any restrictions on using a PAC from another provider.

    I think from a bit of searching it looks like ID can’t transfer numbers from one account to another although good if someone could confirm as may have changed.…. If I port out to something cheap and cheerful like lebara, could I transfer back from this or are there certain providers the iD can’t transfer in from?

    Hi @jimflow 

     

    Unfortunately you won’t be able to transfer your number from one iD Mobile plan to another, however moving the number to another provider and then into the new iD Mobile plan is possible.
