Transferring phone number
Hi, i just rang up with my pack code in order to get my old phone number transferred to my new id sim. On the phone they said it would take 48 hours to change. I was just wondering, after the 48 hours will i need to reset my phone or take the sim out and put it back in (or something else) or will it just automatically change without me having to do anything?

If you've already provided the PAC, then we'd advise you now to be using the ID Mobile SIM we provided you with and within the next 48 hours the number should switch over to the familiar one you've had in the past.
You may need to turn your phone off and on to help with the switch to refresh and force your phone to re-connect to the network , but you don't need to go crazy with that, maybe just try it every 8 hours or so and then make a call or text to a friend to see what number was showing for them.
