Hi. I was wondering if there’s any add ons I can purchase for my holiday to America next week? Obviously I don’t want to be stung by ridiculous roaming prices etc and I know other companies offer things.
Would be handy to speak to someone but as a new customer to IDmobile, it appears this isn’t possible.

If you’re not already aware, here’s a snippet of charges when in the US:
iD don’t have any plans or other features to use. After some digging, it appears one option is to get a local SIM. It will still cost you money but not as much as the above. Or, rely on Wi-Fi and WhatsApp (and turn other features off, e.g. voicemail).
