Trouble switching. It says there is an error when I try switching

I have tried numerous times trying to switch my number over from Sky to iD using a PAC code. I have spoken with Sky who have cleared up that there are no issues their side. I have put all the details in correctly numerous times but it just keeps saying ‘there is an issue with the information you've submitted’. I keep trying live chat but I can’t get through to a person. How can I get this resolved?

Okay @Keira97, for an iD adviser just tell the 24/7 chatbot that you want to “talk to a person”.

Then just ask the adviser to process your PAC - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
