Trouble tranferring old number

I accidentally transferred my old phone number to my daughter dumb phone. This is a big standard old school phone with no internet or smart phone. I now need to move the number on her phone to my new phone. I’ve got a PAC number but my new provider says there’s an error with this but the provider on my daughter’s network says it should be fine. Help!! My new phone is an eSIM and my daughter’s school phone is a physical sim. Neither networks are helping me resolve and putting the issues onto each other. Could anyone shed some light on why the PAC number wouldn’t work?

    Hi @Technovice

Thank you for your message, and I'm sorry to hear you've experienced an issue with your PAC code.

Did your new network provider advise what error message they're receiving when they try to transfer your number using the PAC code?

Once you let us know the exact error message, we'll be able to investigate further and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
