I need to speak to someone from id too but there's still no live chat. I want to add a second phone for my daughter please. What should I do?

Click on the following link:

Then click on “Launch live chat”, Enter your details as requested and once connected to ID Mobiles chatbot type “Agent” and select “Customer services” from the list of available options.
You will then be connected to a live agent.
