I need to speak to someone from id too but there's still no live chat. I want to add a second phone for my daughter please. What should I do?

Hi @psclmpiana,

 

Adding another line is basically just taking out a new contract. So if you see a new plan that you’re specifically after, go ahead and purchase it.
