I think this is a complete scam and the media needs to be aware, having signed up yesterday via moneysaving expert and now wanting to cancel immediately, there is absolutely no way to do this, via the app, online, any contact centres, the links do no work. You need to have the sim card activated to sign into the app. I think this needs serious media coverage.
