Trying to get a better deal.

I am an existing ID User for a longtime. I have tried to get a better data deal on my monthly SIM but the deal I’ve seen advertised is for new customers only !!! If I was a new customer I could sign up for 108 Gb of data for £9.00/month on a rolling monthly SIM but the best they will offer me is 60Gb data for £8.00 !!!
The lesson here is it dosent pay to be loyal to iD Mobile, it seems to me as a customer you are not worth investing in. The problem is I want to keep my number so I can’t just buy the deal I want. Very poor service.

    Hi there ​@Chris Greenham, new customer and current customer deals will vary from time to time. We’d like to believe that when you originally joined us, you were able to purchase a great new customer deal that wouldn’t have been availble to current customers at that time.
