1. Set up your new device: Follow the initial setup process for your new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac.
2. Open the Apple TV app: The offer should appear automatically, but if not, check the Apple TV+ tab.
3. Redeem the offer: Follow the prompts to activate your 3-month free trial.
4. Enjoy!: You have 3 months to explore Apple’s original content.

Remember:

• Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• For the 3-month trial, redeem the offer within 90 days of setting up your new device.

I need the activation code for my 3 months offer

This offer is provided by Apple, you will still be able to get 3 free months the way advised above. 

This is frustrating. I have tried your process as advised above and I am not linked to the offer. Apple TV demands payment.  Please see below message included in my ID mobile order confirmation.

“If you are eligible for other subscriptions or need additional information, please visit our How to Claim page for more information on how to redeem your offers. Please note you will be emailed your unique Apple TV+ code 14 days after your order has been dispatched.”

And mine was order on 11/02/25. Transaction number can be provided if needed
