Hi. I’ve recently upgraded my phone with ID but kept my old number. I was told that if I just put my existing sim in the new phone the plan would transfer over. This doesn’t look like it’s worked as I’m still being charged for 2 plans! How do I sort this out? Be good if you could actually speak to someone! Thanks
