Hi. I’ve recently upgraded my phone with ID but kept my old number.  I was told that if I just put my existing sim in the new phone the plan would transfer over.  This doesn’t look like it’s worked as I’m still being charged for 2 plans! How do I sort this out? Be good if you could actually speak to someone! Thanks

It sounds like you didn’t choose an upgrade deal.

Have you checked the iD Mobile app to see if are still eligible to upgrade?

If you have purchased a new deal by accident you can return it and purchase the upgrade.
