My daughter has been with iD for a while, however I used my email address for her account. I have now switched to iD too, however when I log into my account I can only se my daughter’s number.
I would like to change her number to be linked to her own email and so that I can have my number linked to my email. How can I make this happen?

Sadly, iD only allow one mobile number to linked to an account, and each iD account requires a unique email address.
The bottom-line is that if you used your email address as the username for your daughter’s account, there’s no way of changing this - sorry.

They’ve accepted my email for my number too so I don’t get how this was possible. I guess I just have to stop her contract and re-register it with her email unless someone has a better solution.

If you sign-in with your iD username (i.e. your email address), whose account do you see?
My daughter’s, which was the original, I do not see my own, although I have been registered for my own number with my email too.

If your daughter’s account is unchanged, then I suspect your attempt to register your an account has not worked.
Is your iD SIM in a phone, and is that phone working okay?
You might need to use the Live Chat service, with the topic “iD app/online account access” to sort this out.
