I am receiving “

UID Missing 
or incorrect.

message when trying to redeem Apple Arcade for 3 months. I wrote on another topic, but no response is received although I replied to their private message. Problem is not solved.. can anyone help?

Hi, I am having the same problem but with Apple Music. Can anyone help?

Hi I’m having exactly the same problem 

 

can't redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was for Apple Music and Apple Arcade free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?
