UID Missing or Incorrect - Apple Music offer

I am not able to redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was Apple Music free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I have received the offer and I am also unable to get access - I have tried on different device - IPAD and Laptop and get the below:
