UID Missing or Incorrect - Apple products offer

I can't redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was for Apple Music and Apple Arcade free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I have the exact same issue. I used to have a subscription but then not anymore but the link says the same as above ^

I have the exact same issue. The other links can be redeemed but not Apple Music. Can you please send me the correct link
