UID Missing or Incorrect - Apple products offer

I can't redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was for Apple Music and Apple Arcade free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I have the exact same issue. I used to have a subscription but then not anymore but the link says the same as above ^

As I said in my post, the same one the OP got, and the same one that seemingly everyone gets with these links you send out “UID Missing or Incorrect”

Don’t understand how they haven’t fixed this for everyone, when it is clearly a problem/a mistake their end as seemingly no one’s links work. Companies will pester and crave your reviews and feedback, and then consistently not fix things or make mistakes like this.
