unable to access network

I haven't been able to make or receive calls or access my data for a week now. Been on this sim and phone for a year with no previous issues but can't get hold of anyone to find out what the issue might be. I've gone through the tests on webchat and looks like my SIM isn't working but any ideas how I can order a replacement?

SIM replacements can be ordered by contacting us directly to have one sent out via DPD, or they can be picked up from your local Currys store.

Its not the sim.its the network. ID doesnt invest in the better network.only the get 3%so not enough.ID doesnt say that on their onboarding . I came fromm E for 4 months now my life is upside down as i never get proper network. You cant get support from ID even when irs their failure. Very upsetting

Have you checked the coverage and network status to see if there are any issues in the area?

It may also be worth testing the SIM in another handset or we can send a replacement SIM.
