unable to activate replacement sim

I lost my device and ordered a replacement sim.  When I try to activate the replacement sim, it asks me to log into my account.  When I try to log into the account it sends a code to my phone number that isnt activate so I am unable to log into activate!

Are you able to try the below link and select the “No, not yet” option for being registered?
