I am unable to call a specific landline number. The number is still active, can be called from other mobiles and I can receive calls from the landline too.
Please can you assist?

Do you get any error messages when calling the number?
It may be worth contacting our Live Chat Team and they can raise a ticket for it to be checked.

Hi Kash,
I have used the live chat and followed the advice on 3G but it still isn’t working. There is no option to raise a ticket. What steps do I need to follow?

If you go back onto their live chat and then after filling out the required fields if you then type talk to person this will put you in contact with a human and from there they should be able to raise a ticket to get this landline number calling issue looked into 🤞
