Unable to call out, have just switched and restarted the phone

I have switched my number today and am unable to make calls. Have re started the phone and the wifi connection is good. Can you please help.

Sorry to hear this, ports can take through to 10pm on the date they’re scheduled, it may be worth allowing this time to complete.

 

Have you checked your device settings to ensure the number there is the correct one?
