Otherwise, you may be able to sync them via iTunes by plugging your phone into your laptop.

If you’re using an Android phone, they might be in a Google backup for your phone.
If you’ve got an iPhone, they might be stored in iCloud (in Contacts).
Do a Google search for “how to restore phone contacts”, although this will only help if you backed them up before.
