unable to do anything

I have been trying to switch my number from Lebara to iD Mobile. My switch was due to happen 26/06 and is taking a long time but now I can’t access the APP or find out my usage etc as it says my account in not active. I can’t call 7777 again it’s says my account is not active and I can’t receive any verification codes.I try to live chat it just cuts me off and I can no longer use my Lebara as it’s been disconnected. Please help.

Hi ​@Snorthern  I am very sorry to hear this. This isn’t a great start to your time with iD.

Do you have an eSIM or physical SIM? Have you tried a reboot of your handset with your iD SIM in?
