Unable to receive calls after transfer
Hi there
I've recently transferred over to ID and I can receive, send text and make calls from my new handset and they show as my old transferred number but incoming calls are all going through to my old handset. I need this sorting asap, can someone please help.

The SIM in your old handset should be INACTIVE if you’ve properly switched your number to iD Mobile,
Perhaps your switch hasn’t been fully completed - iD might be waiting for some information from your old service provider.

It's progressed... I seem to be able to receive calls from mobiles, or at least some, but not landlines????? I'm so confused🤣
