Hello, I'm trying to transfer my old number to the new device, however I'm unable to locate the transaction number that I require. I have my PAC code and both phone numbers but as the phone was purchased from a 3rd party supplier I can't find the necessary number. I've checked all of the MyID emails I've received also but nothing on there works.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
