unable to log into app

I am trying to log into the app and it takes me to a queue, I wait in the queue till the end of the 8 odd minute wait. I enter my email and then it takes me back to the queue, I have tried on an internet browser and it does the same. Does anyone have a fix for this?

If your login request was queued, sounds like the iD Mobile systems for iD account self-service were overloaded.

I’m new to ID and have been trying to log onto the app for a couple of hours. Keeps telling me “Oops! Something went wrong”

Anyone know how to deal with this?

The new app seems a bit slow and clumsy. I have been with ID for years and when the new app came along I had the same problem as you seem to be having. As per @andewhite I tried at a different time of day and managed to get on board. 

Once signed up it seems to work okay.

Interestingly my sister has Android 9 phone and it wont work for her at all.🤔

I haven't been able to log in since the app was updated, and if I may say its a pretty poor service if you are expected to only be able log in at certain times.

The support has been non existent with such claims as use capitals, change browsers toname just tow attempts.

They really need to read the android app reviews tbh, 1.3 thats a joke.

Btw iD it worked perfectly well until you messed with it, off to a new and more professioal provider!

Thanks for replying. At least it’s not me! I’ve only taken delivery of a new phone through them today so a bit underwhelming so far!

Mine is android 13, still doesnt work , also fails oni pad air with the latest ios.

I don't need any assistance  as I have changed providers. I must say this is the most shambolic and unprofessional provider I have ever used.

Normally I would have some patience but 4 weeks of constant lying by an alleged customer service, none of whom could would say the same thing, it was issue after issue, mostly blaming the user, the web browser etc.

Glad to be shot of them

Try clearing the app’s data & cache. It worked for me. 😎
