Unfortunately @Kirsty Hodgson, it can sometimes take up to 24-hours for late payment to be processed by iD billing system, and before your iD account is re-enabled.

Contact iD Mobile directly via Facebook Messenger or their Live Chat in the iD Mobile app. 

I've found Messenger OK, they get back to you in reasonable time.
