unable to make calls

I changed to ID mobile 5 days ago and ported my PAC code, which should have taken 4 days or so.  Today I have been unable to make any calls form around 10am and can’t work out why?  I have reset the phone.

When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly please?
