unable to make id mobile calls


Internet says excellent, 5Ghz. Able to connect to internet.

Wi fi calling on.

Unable to make calls using data.

H+ only showing. 

Message states no phone service.

Any remedies. No questions, just answers.

I have reset the network. Now showing 4G, which it was at other times, so cannot tell until I try to make a call. While resetting ID lite was briefly displayed. I only get 1 bar displayed on the triangle. No idea what that means, other than it maybe the issue? 

Just adding more info, it may help others.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Are you still experiencing issues? I’d suggest trying a Network Settings Reset or removing and reinserting your iD Mobile SIM.
