Unable to receive certain calls

Recently switched to ID from O2.  I am unable to receive calls from my brother, son and wife - all other family members work ok.  Is this an issue from the transfer from O2 to ID or an actual telephone issue??

Hey there ​@bazmag, sorry to hear that.

 

When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing and showing correctly?

 

Have you restarted your phone?

 

Have you reset network settings?

Hi Tyler, we have done all of the above but still nothing works.  Any other ideas?  This only started happening when I moved from O2 to ID.

Are your brother, son and wife all on the same mobile network or different ones?

 

You’re unable to receive calls from them, how about receiving texts? 

 

Are you able to make calls/texts out to them?
