Can anyone help me please? I recently moved from O2 to ID and I can receive calls from most of my family but when my wife or son try to call me it just goes straight to my ID voicemail and then I get a text message to say I have a missed call. However, when it goes to voicemail the message my wife receives when she is trying to call me says welcome to the O2 voicemail messaging service.
Is this a problem for ID mobile when it has not transferred everything over or is it something on mine or their phones. All numbers are +44 and the Volte is turned on.
Any help appreciated.
