unable to recieve otp codes, and log on numbers from idmobile

Have been a customer couple months and bank sent an otp for large sum, non received over several days. Today contacted idmobile via the online chat, told me I had failed the address check ! The sent a code which didn't arrive, end result hung up....not in a good mood as father passed away this morning. Off to Spain on Thursday and want phone to work, any ideas

Thank you for yor reply and kindness, I have been on to them via chat, I needed to complete a security form which included add ress etc, they stated it was incorrect, beggers belief....going to get a pay sim in morning then update bank, hopefully job done.

 

I can see why idmobile are rated one of the worst
